The jersey uses a cream-coloured base decorated with flowing blue lines, turquoise circles, orange motifs and burgundy dotted artwork. These graphics cover much of the front and continue onto the sleeves, creating a recognisable Indigenous Round appearance.

Designed by Ladda Kaewhanam with mentoring from Casey Coolwell-Fisher, One Journey to Another reflects family relationships, community and ancestral strength. River elements describe journeys that keep moving, while dotted forms represent ancestral guidance. The meeting places within the artwork also acknowledge the connection between the NRL and NRLW.
